As individuals vary so will the time commitment together. Your personal needs, commitment level and actual response to hypnosis are factors that are evaluated during our telephone and/or the first consultation. This allows the best course to be selected and fee that will meet your needs.
One hypnosis session is usually sufficient for:

Motivation for change
Two to six hypnosis sessions are recommended for:
Long-term Stress Reduction
Removing Unreasonable Fears or Panic
Reduction of Pain
Please note that while hypnosis is very powerful, hypnotherapists are not medical or mental-health specialists. At Tranquil Transitions, we often work in conjunction with physicians and therapists. Referrals may be required.
